Terms and Conditions for Enrolment
  • KLG Upgrade standard Primavera training only at its five centres in India namely, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Each class size is limited so make your reservations as soon as possible.
  • These classes are typically standard, software functionality-based classes. Industry specific offerings/examples are not included or provided on demand in standard classes.
  • Participants are offered seats to the regular courses on a 'first come first served basis'. They will also have the option of booking seats for later dates, subject to the availability of seats on the specified dates.
  • Students are liable to pay course fees + Service Tax @ 12.24%, which is payable in advance. Invoicing will only be carried out after receipt of completed Enrolment Form with full fees.
  • Payments can be made only by Demand Draft or in cash. Demand Drafts should be made out to KLG Systel Limited, payable at the city where you enroll for the course.
  • Cancellations, if any, must be received in writing not less than 14 days before the course commencement date in order to be eligible for full refund course fee. If cancellation advice is received in writing not less than 7 days before the course commencement date, 50% of course fee is refundable. Thereafter no refunds will be made.
  • KLG Upgrade reserves the right to cancel/postpone classes at any time. If this happens, KLG Upgrade will refund the registration fee in full or apply the registration fee toward another class, at the option of the registrant. KLG Upgrade's sole liability is limited to refunding the registration fee only. KLG Upgrade will not be liable for any related expenses or damages, such as, transportation by air, rail or road, lodging, lost time or wages.
  • If an individual or company does not attend a course in which seats have been booked, the individual/company will be assessed a 100% no show fee.
  • Confirmed participants may have another person attend in their place only after informing KLG Upgrade at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date.
